We were tasked with creating a piece of video that would not just connect doctors and patients, but also humanise what can often be a pretty tough time for any patient. Designworks’ idea to do phone interviews with doctors and nurses and overlay it with documentary-styled imagery worked really well. So much so that some of the harder-nosed radiologists were said to have glistening eyes when they watched it! Must have been the onions they were cutting…
